Nicole is officially entered into the Professional category for L’Arches Annual Cake Walk. The Cake walk is on Sunday March 14^th, 2010 from 12:00pm to 3:30pm. You can view the Cake Walk in the SAIT Heart Building and the Chocolate competition in the SAIT 4 Nines Cafeteria. The cost is $5.00 at the door, which pays for your entry to see the Cake Walk and the Chocolate Competition, as well as FREE CAKE!!!

This cake walk helps L’Arche in their mission to:

Make known the gifts of people with developmental disabilities, revealed through mutually transforming relationships.

Foster an environment in community that responds to the changing needs of our members, while being faithful to the core values of our founding story.

Engage in our diverse cultures, working together towards a more human society.

The L’Arche Cake Walk is double teaming with Lindt Chocolate competition to provide us with a double helping “Of the region’s most talented pastry artists”.

I will be teaming up with my most valuable partner, my Husband! He is giving my ideas for this year’s theme: “Celebrating Unity” and is helping me with the technical side of building a Winning Cake!

My husband and I hope you will come out to see all of the cakes and chocolate pieces and help support a worthy cause!

Something Sweet by Nicole will be out of commision From December 21st (Tuesday) to December 27th (Sunday)

If you are thinking about ordering a cake or goodies we can schedule for it to be picked up or delivered on December 21st.

Please keep in mind that cookies and cakes and goodies that can be purchased, can be frozen.

Custom cakes are made to fit your party or your style! Order one for the office or for your family, or even order one for a friend or neighbor and have it delivered right to their door, packaged up like a present!

Custom Cakes start at $50.00 (can include all the flavours of cake like the loaf cakes)
